Email marketing
Following a re-brand and the launch of their new website, leading online mobility spares supplier mobilitypitstop.com, engaged me to design a series of email newsletter templates, plan a monthly newsletter campaign and execute it throughout the year.
After establishing an annual digital marketing plan, I created a series of campaigns designed to follow the seasonality of their market. The aim to encourage current and lapsed customers to return to the company's website for further purchases.
MailChimp ecommerce automation
The email campaigns are generated using MailChimp and include ecommerce automation to create automatic post-purchase reminder emails as well as "abandoned shopping cart" emails.
Facebook advertising
After a first successful year my brief was expanded to include managing the retailer's Facebook page, as well as the creation and management of ongoing Facebook advertising campaigns.
